Privacy Policy

Drift Breath is a sleep breathing app designed to work with as little personal data as possible. You do not need to create an account to use the app, and we do not collect personal information just to let you start a breathing session.

Information we do not collect

• No account details are required to use Drift Breath.
• We do not collect your name, email address, location, or other personal information to use the breathing app.
• Your breathing sessions, presets, and preferences stay on your device.
• We do not use third-party analytics inside the app to track your behavior.

Information collected by Apple

Drift Breath is distributed through Apple App Store infrastructure. Apple handles store transactions and distribution under its own privacy policies. We may receive anonymized and aggregated download information from Apple, but that information does not identify individual users of the app.

HealthKit data

Drift Breath can write completed breathing sessions to Apple Health as Mindfulness Minutes if you allow that connection. Drift Breath does not read your Health data from the device, and that information is not sent to us.

Notifications

Wind-down reminders are delivered as local notifications on your device. We do not receive notification usage data or remote notification interaction data from the breathing app.

Audio features

Optional brown noise plays only during an active breathing session when enabled. Audio playback happens inside the app and is not streamed, recorded, or shared with us.

Children’s privacy

Drift Breath is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page.
